12. Funds Held with Partner Financial Institutions

PAYAPP by PAYNEX APP INC is a financial institution, not a bank. Customer funds are held in accounts at licensed partner financial institutions. The holding, release, and availability of funds — including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers — are governed by those institutions' rules of funding, compliance reviews, and applicable banking regulations. In the event a partner institution delays, restricts, or withholds funds pending its own review or regulatory requirement, Payapp will cooperate fully with that institution but does not control the timing or outcome of such reviews.
